Some friends came to ask if the girls could play on a Saturday and we told them we had some family things going.  A few hours later (yes, a few hours later), Tayah comes up:

Tayah: "But, Daddy, I wanted to play with them!"

David: "But today's a family day. Wouldn't you rather spend time with us today?"

Tayah: "But I've been with you and Mommy for several years already!"
