K & T keep growing up!

I thought this was a cute picture of our little dramatic girl on a Sunday afternoon. Sundays create for some fun times in our home! Here's an update on what these two princesses are up to!

Kadence is doing such a wonderful job saying thank you lately. Her prayers are cute and we have to do what we can to keep straight faces. She continues to be a voracious reader and loves walking around the house singing. Kadence is our little "Dancing Queen" (especially when listening to ABBA yesterday) and loves to twirl and whirl around the room. She's still having a difficult time (a) staying in bed after we put her down and (b) staying in her room the entire night. She's made it a habit of coming into our room and either sleeping at the foot of our bed or in bed with us. Any suggestions?

This is our favorite Daddy/daughter book and Kadence typically will choose it when it's bedtime. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. There's nothing like the bond between a daddy and his daughter!

Now for little Tayah...she's a little more high maintenance than I remember Kadence being at this age. Then again, perhaps I'm just not remembering that. She is an expert at the three S's: squealing, screaming, and screeching! She is walking faster and faster and sometimes is hard to keep up with. Climbing stairs is one of Tayah's favorite things. She loves following Kadence around. She'll do what she does, read what she does, and trys to take what she has. We are already telling Kadence that it's important to be a good example! They like pushing each other in our cart.

Nothing brings us more joy than our girls!
