It's true how kids copy what their parents do. Case in point: we were watching the Utah Jazz game last night. Kadence was just about to go to bed when she plopped herself near me and starting yelling out:
"Tuff Dee! Tuff Dee!"
She was obviously copying my encouragement to my team, "Tough Defense." I decided to have some fun with this.
Daddy: "Get a good shot!"
Kadence: "Get gud shot!"
Daddy: "Push it Deron [Williams]!"
Kadence: "Push't Ren!"
Daddy: "Find Korver!"
Kadence: "Find Korber!"
It was so much fun and helped make what eventually was a Jazz defeat a little more acceptable. Elizabeth and I have to be really careful now...she's a smart one, our Kadence!
Yesterday was my day off, so we ran a bunch of errands. We included a stop at my parents' house. They just got a kitten for Christmas, and boy, did Kadence have fun with little Roxy. So fun!

LOL! Wait until they yell "Pooping dog! Pooping dog" in the middle of the adult session of stake conference...that's a fun one. :) It's so amazing what they pick up on. Sometimes I have to remind my siblings, (and Ryan and myself), that there are now little "monkeys" who will watch and repeat every single thing. It's such a fun stage!
